Hi All
I am new to this forum.Been partially disabled with chronic gout and artheritis for 25 years. Overweight and frustrated with life in a wheelchair.
Wenton self inflicted diet and exercised on rowing machine.
Am now able to walk 100metres and lost 22kgs in weight.Before I started this bought a weight shift trike as motivation and enrolled at flight school.
Now have 23hrs logged and weather permitting will solo this coming weekend
