Believe it or not, but some kids actually spotted us landing, and managed to convince their incredulous parents that a plane had "crashed" in the salt pan. So luckily they were plenty of hand to help derig and pack the glider. Other were less fortunate where the farmers were very hostile and demanded money before the gliders were allowed to be removed from the farms.
